Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 9-13 business days from the time of placing it.

Order Deadlines: The order cut-off time for Ireland is 6:00 PM (GMT).

Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.

Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including An Post, DPD, Fastway Couriers or similar services, depending on your region.

Delivery Address: Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout Please ensure the address is accurate to avoid delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking information is typically available within 24-48 hours after dispatch. If you encounter issues with your tracking number, please allow some time for the courier to update their system or contact us for assistance.

Order Changes or Modifications

If you need to update your order details (e.g., delivery address), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

What Happens with Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transport, a free replacement will be provided in accordance with our policy.

Unaccepted or Uncollected Shipments

If a package is delivered to your doorstep or left for pickup at the post office and is not accepted or collected, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In this case, we reserve the right to withhold 15% of the purchase amount for shipping and handling fees when issuing a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

In the rare event that your package is delayed or lost during transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded in full according to our Refund Policy.
