The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your return.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exclusion of Certain Products from Return

For hygienic reasons, certain items such as underwear, earrings, or similar hygiene products are excluded from returns or exchanges.

Refund Claims for Defective Products

Please note that we do not refund the purchase price for damaged or defective items. In such cases, we are happy to offer a free replacement of the same product or, upon request, an alternative product in the same price category.

In order to process your return or exchange request, we require a clear photo of the item in question, along with the original packaging. This is necessary for the examination and documentation of the reason for the complaint.

Place a new order for the replacement item once the return is approved.
